You get to try new cuisines. Let's face it - eating at an event should be an adventure. It should make you go "wow, that's different."

It's entertainment - It is packaged so that you can walk and eat it. And if you spill all over yourself... it's okay. Just laugh.

Supporting small businesses is really important these days. And, it feels good. These street vendors are businesses and so many of them started because someone said, "This is amazing....you need to make this and sell it." And, you know what? They did!
